The Latin American Carbon Forum (LACF) is a regional platform established to promote knowledge and information sharing while facilitating business opportunities among main carbon market stakeholders.

LACF is organized in a yearly basis by a partnership between the World Bank, the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA), the Latin American Energy Organization (OLADE) and the UNEP Risoe Centre.

The IV LACF was hosted by the National Environmental Authority (ANAM) of Panama.

Previous editions took place in Ecuador (2006), Peru (2007) and Chile (2008).
